It’s so easy for the new mom to get buried under all the fuss and excitement around the arrival of a newborn baby.
I just had my 6th little one just a few weeks ago, but that doesn’t make it any easier to remember to take care of your own mental and physical well-being.
My hope is that at least one other momma out there will benefit from my experience and commit to taking care of themselves using this checklist as a reminder.
