Customer Returns:

We do not accept returns on:

  • Digital Downloads/Products
  • Personalized Items
  • Sale Items

We will accept returns up to 15 days after you received the order. We do not accept any returns after the 15 day time period has passed.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and unopened. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened and do not have their original packaging.

The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not pay for the shipping back to us.

Email us the tracking number for the package once the return has shipped.

For custom products such as monogrammed items, returns are only available for items that are our error. Otherwise, returns on personalized items are not accepted. Please choose carefully and make sure you are entering in your personalization information correctly.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. No exceptions. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please take a digital photo of the item and the package and notify us immediately.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 24-48 hours. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be initiated on the same or next business day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider. On average, the refund should appear within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.


We  are happy to exchange your order with a similar product. If there is no defect or problem found that is the fault of Baby Pinch Designs, You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping charge.


Although it is rare, damage may occur due to circumstances out of our control once it is in the hands of the mail carrier. For example, a package being left in the rain, or a package lost in transit, or left at the wrong address. We ask that you file a claim with the USPS or make an inquiry regarding a missing package.
